reflect and reset: seasonal sound bath and journalling

the seasons are changing and after a little summer break we’re so excited to be bringing you our autumnal events 🍂 starting with a seasonal sound bath & journalling evening in islington 🌙🕯️ the session starts with a 90-minute immersive sound bath to help you release, reset, and connect with yourself led by @christie.anicca followed by 30 minutes journalling together with your granola girlies notebook (yours to take home) before sharing light refreshments to close the evening.
