welcome to our second retreat - this time we’re going a little bit more rustic and off-grid 🪵🥾 heading to the green hills of gwaelod y garth just outside cardiff, for a weekend of hiking, pilates, connection, creativity and glamping on the 5th - 7th september ⛺️🏴
what the weekend includes
- 2 nights glamping accommodation at garth glamping 🌳(real beds, duvets and pillows), onsite shower and toilet facilities and fire pits
- 2 x 1 hour pilates sessions with hare and moon pilates 🪷🧘🏻♀️
- a 3 hour hike to summit garth mountain
- an instructor led glass painting workshop which includes all the materials and 2 glasses to take home with you
